What Is Included, Category by Category

Site Costs and Foundations

All essential groundwork to prepare your block for construction, including soil testing, site clearing, and slab or footing systems engineered to suit your land conditions.

Essential Site Requirements

Council-required services and connections such as stormwater drainage, sewer, water, gas, and electrical supply to the boundary of your property.

Internal Features

Thoughtfully specified interiors including internal doors, door hardware, skirting boards, architraves, and ceiling cornices selected to complement a clean, modern finish throughout.

External Features

Durable and attractive exterior elements including entry doors, garage doors, fascia, guttering, downpipes, and a letterbox, all designed to complete your home’s street presence.
